TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a deposit payment to Leopard Cherries Design and accepting work to start you are accepting these terms and conditions.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

 

When placing an order with Leopard Cherries Design, a 50% non-refundable deposit (or £50 deposit/full payment on orders under £100) must be paid before any work commences on all orders. 

This will guarantee and secure the price you pay for items at the time of ordering.

​ Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect confirmed orders that have been secured with deposits.

The remaining balance will be due before printing your order. 

All charges will be paid via invoice.  Leopard Cherries will advise you of any price changes (usually down to item number changes)  and your final invoice will be adjusted. If the number changes and extra supplies have to be ordered you may be subject to extra costs for short run orders. It is advisable to order extra to allow for these changes.   

 

Goods will only be printed and dispatched when the final balance for the order has been received and cleared.

PROOFS, ERRORS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

Prior ordering I will confirm when the earliest I will be able to start work on your stationery. 
Once the deposit or full payment has been paid and the personalisation details have been received I will begin to create your wedding stationery.
I aim to send you a watermarked digital proof with 5-7 working days so you can check over the details, spelling and grammar, and ensure you are happy with the design.

Once you have approved the design and the balance payment has been received the artwork will go to print.

Please note that changes cannot be made after the artwork has gone to print so please be careful to check all details, spelling, grammar and design carefully.  Leopard Cherries design will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes. Printing will only commence when written sign off has been received from you. By signing off on the final proof you accept responsibility for the information, wording and layout as shown in the final proof. Refunds cannot be granted due to spelling errors, date changes, etc. If a re-print is needed due to these reasons, a price can be discussed. 

With your order being a personalised product that takes time to design, refunds cannot be granted once your initial proof has been sent over to you via email. Should you wish to cancel before you have received your initial proof a refund can then be offered.

 Deposits cannot be refunded following the customer being in receipt of digital proofs.

DELIVERY

 

For local deliveries (HU area), if possible, I will deliverer the stationery myself at no extra charge. For further afield, shipment is dispatched via ROYAL MAIL, DPD or EVRI. The price will be discussed within the price quote as it depends on the amount you are ordering.

If possible, items will also be sent to a postal drop off point (such as a post office) for you to collect rather than a home delivery.
Should you wish for an alternate shipping company please get in touch to discuss.

All products are carefully packaged and leave Leopard Cherries Design in perfect condition. Leopard Cherries Design accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control. For International shipping,  Leopard Cherries Design will source the best form of postage and quote a price prior ordering. Please note that goods posted outside the UK may be subject to local custom charges. Leopard Cherries Design accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping or duty charges. â€‹

PRINTING AND COLOUR VARIATIONS

​

Leopard Cherries Design makes every effort to represent the artwork digitally as close to the original as possible, but please allow for slight colour variance due to the differences in computer monitors and devices. Samples and proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process.  Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault. ​​​​​

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made in writing. 

​

Deposits cannot be refunded following the customer being in receipt of digital proofs. 

​

Balance payments cannot be refunded if stock has already been orders and artwork has already gone to print following the customers approval. 

 

In the unlikely event of an order being cancelled by Leopard Cherries Design a full refund will be given.

 

COPYRIGHT

 

Leopard Cherries Design holds copyright for all designs and are not to be reproduced for commercial purposes without consent.

Any improper use of the stationery and designs will result in legal proceedings.

DATA PROTECTION 

 

All personal information collected from you is confidential and will only be seen by Leopard Cherries Design and our printing partners if necessary. Invoices will be kept for 7 years as per tax regulations.

 

MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA

 

 Leopard Cherries Design reserves the right to use samples (including photographs) of your stationery for marketing purposes to use on social media, website, sample packs, wedding fairs and events.

If you do not want us to use your samples for marketing purposes please confirm in writing.
